Betty Sue Grizzard Betty Sue Greenfield Grizzard, age 72 of Clarksville, TN, died Sunday, April 10, 2011 at Alive Hospice in Nashville, TN.

Mrs. Grizzard was born March 20, 1939 in Clarksviille, TN, daughter of the late James "Pappy" Greenfield and Lora Blackwell Greenfield. She was the first woman to be given a rural postal route in Montgomery County. She carried route for 25 years. She retired from the US Postal Service after 30 plus years and one million accident free miles.

She was also an avid bowler for many years. She was a member of Hilldale Baptist Church. Services will be held Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at 1:30 p.m., at Tarpley-Parchman Chapel, with Dr. Larry Robertson, Rev. Terry Brown and Max Holt officiating.

Burial will be in RestJames Steven Clayton James Steven Clayton, age 55 of Clarksville, TN, died on Monday, April 4, 2011 at home. James was a native of Madisonville, KY, the son of the late F.O. and Molly Clayton. He worked in the construction industry and was most recently, employed by Letica Corporation in Clarksville. James was predeceased by his parents and is survived by sisters, Jane Mosley, Madisonville, KY and Pat Tarentino, Eddyville, KY; brother, Tom Clayton, Port Orange, FL, and several nieces and nephews.
