He was born on June 28, 1942 in Okmulgee, OK to Elizabeth and Duvall Pitchford. She is survived by her two sons, Dan Alsobrooks and Bret Alsobrooks; daughter-inlaw, Teresa Alsobrooks; five grandchildren, Tatum Akina, Louis Alsobrooks, Rebecca Alsobrooks, Alden Allen and born December 29,1926 in Nashville, TN, son of the late Forrest Christopher Moorefield and Judith Ewing Moorefield.

He was also preceded in death by his wife, Violet Moorefield. Survivors include a son, Michael Moorefield (Kathy); a daughter, Judy Covington (Mark); companion, Barbara Street; four grandchildren, Nathan Moorefield, Courtney Ferrell (Brent), Jacqueline Covington Clarence Covington; and four great-grandchildren.
