Patrick Robert Pitchford Dr. Patrick Robert Pitchford passed away on April 15, 2012 in Tulsa, OK at the age of 69 years, 9 months and 18 days. He was born on June 28, 1942 in Okmulgee, OK to Elizabeth and Duvall Pitchford. He was a graduate of Lawton High School, class of 1960, University of Oklahoma, class of 1964, and Baylor Dental School, class of 1968. He was a valued dentist in Okmulgee from 1970 till 1984, then practiced in Clarksville, TN for 14 years. He was a generous and kind spirit, professionally and personally.

His mantra was "love one another." He will be missed by all who knew him and loved him. Mrs. Alsobrooks was born June 12, 1929 in Houston County, TN to Mr. Carlisle and Mrs. Ruth Mitchum. She is survived by her two sons, Dan Alsobrooks and Bret Alsobrooks; daughter-inlaw, Teresa Alsobrooks; five grandchildren, Tatum Akina, Louis Alsobrooks, Rebecca Alsobrooks, Alden Allen and born December 29,1926 in Nashville, TN, son of the late Forrest Christopher Moorefield and Judith Ewing Moorefield.

He was also preceded in death by his wife, Violet Moorefield. Survivors include a son, Michael Moorefield (Kathy); a daughter, Judy Covington (Mark); companion, Barbara Street; four grandchildren, Nathan Moorefield, Courtney Ferrell (Brent), Jacqueline Covington Clarence Covington; and four great-grandchildren. He was a US Army veteran and retired from ATT (Bellsouth). He was a lifetime member of the ATT Pioneers and of Grace Chapel Episcopal Church.
