After a 28-year-old Paddy Run Road man was shot, he was flown to Vanderbilt University Medical Center for treatment. Police questioned four men but have not arrested anyone in direct connection with the shooting. Anyone with information is urged to call the Major Crimes Unit at 645-1126.

Daniel Lowell Sr. Daniel Merrill Lowell 72, Cunningham, died Friday, July 4, 2003, at Gateway Medical Center. No funeral is planned. He was born Dec. 23, 1930, in Jonesport, Maine, son of Riley Lowell and Wilhemina Frost Lowell He was the widower of Alice Josephine Lowell.
