His wife survives along with four sons, Robert Patterson, caiarlotte, Mich.; Herman Patterson, Wood-lawn; Wood-lawn; Wood-lawn; Dennis Patterson, Woodlawn, and Albert Patterson, Cumberland City; two daughters, Misses Sarah Ellen and Nancy Patterson, Wood-lawn; Wood-lawn; Wood-lawn; four brothers, John Patterson, Woodlawn; Andrew Patterson, Erin; Sam Patterson, Murray, Ky., and Will Patterson, JonesvlUe, Mich., and two sisters, Mrs, Joe Harris, Cum berland City, and Mrs. Sallie Davis, Como, Tenn.
